Kishtwar, Mar 21: The association of engineers which is an amalgam of various engineering department of district Kishtwar met today to discuss the future course of action following harassment and suspension of the two senior engineers of power development department Kishtwar. The engineers showed great resentment and anger over the hasty decision of the government to suspend the engineers without giving them to a chance to explain their position.
Association alleged that what is even more disgusting is the fact that one of the engineer having joined the division around four month back had only three month to go far his retirement .The engineers vowed to take the recent action of the higher authorities seriously as it is fraught with the lacunae and it warrants opposition at all levels given the fact that these officers were made scape goats for the since committed by other. The memorandum firmly decided to intensify its agitation peacefully to give a message to the government to desist from targeting the hapless s engineers every now and then on one pretend or the other.
