Kathua, Mar 21: The official vehicle of Tehsildar Billawar without number plate in front. A red plate background symbolizing it as the official vehicle of Tehsildar. It is shocking that Tehsildar level officers dint follow the traffic rules.
How can they ask the people to follow the rules and respect the law? It clearly shows the seriouness of the agencies.
Even MVD and Rural Traffic Police as well as civil police adopt different yard sticks while dealing with these types of cases.
All the these agencies leave no stone unturned to harass the commoner. When Early Times contacted Tehsildar Billawar Vishvjeet Singh regarding this issue he said he was unaware and will fix the problem. |
