Vijaypur, Mar 21: Family members and relatives of Seema Devi resident Ram Chand Supwal Samba, who died after sterilization surgery at Vijaypur Hospital Yesterday, today the family members and relatives of the deceased woman held protest against the Hospital administration and blocked Jammu Pathankot National Highway near Vijaypur in District Samba more than three hours.
According to the report, a large number of relatives of the deceased woman assembled in Vijaypur chowk, after her autopsy in Ramgarh hospital the family members and relatives of the deceased women kept the body on the road and blocked Jammu Pathankot National near Vijaypur in District Samba and stop the vehicular movement on both tubes.
They raised slogan and shouted against the Health Minister Bali Bhagat and State government. They alleged that yesterday she was went to the Vijaypur hospital for Family planning surgery.
They blamed she was died due to the negligence of the doctors. They alleged that doctors hid their negligence and referred her Government Medical college Jammu, where doctor declared her brought dead. They demanded immediately suspension order of the Gynecologist doctor Anshu Charak and strict action against the team of doctor who present during the surgery time. After receipt, the information ADC Samba Tilak Raj and CMO Samba Rajinder Samyal reached on the spot and tried to pacify the protester, after assurance protest was lifted. |
