kathua, Apr 26: Kartar Public School (KPs) Barnoti conducted a one day 'Art of Living' camp for its students in the school auditorium.
Bhagwati Prasad, a teacher from the local branch of 'Art of Living' mission conducted the camp, which was inaugurated by Harpreet Kaur, Secretary cum Principal of the school. The students and staff of the school participated in the class with great enthusiasm.
They were taught the basics of meditation and yogic relaxation for happy living. Speaking on this occasion, Harpreet Kaur said that the growing persons of this generation are facing tremendous challenges and stress unknown to the previous generations. Therefore, they need special guidance so that they can become achievers and performers. Students should avoid misusing of technology.
They should set sometime aside for meditation and stress busting. She said that parents and teachers have added responsibilities in grooming children. |
