Stranded people facing hardships at Lakhanpur; BJP asks them not to panic

Jammu, May 10: Residents of J&K, who want to reach their native places, are facing hardship at Lakhanpur but local BJP leaders are only issuing statements to confuse the people. People, who entered J&K through Lakhanpur, alleged that there was no proper mechanism has been adopted by the authorities to ensure smooth medical examination.
Instead of taking some concrete steps to help stranded people, the BJP leaders are only giving statements for the last one month to give an impression that they are doing great job. While as leaders of Kashmir Valley are doing serious efforts to bring all people back, including helpless and poor labourers, in Jammu only influential people have managed to get smooth entrance. BJP leaders are also helping only those who have approach while majority of the people are facing hardship.
On Sunday, BJP issued a handout, in which party general secretary Vibodh Gupta said party will facilitate safe return of all J&K residents, which may take some days, but they will, in best protected way.
Gupta, stated that BJP is taking much pain to ensure that every J&K resident who is presently stranded in any part of India or even outside is safely returned.
Vibodh Gupta, confirmed that J&K BJP is maintaining strong coordination with the administration both at the Central as well as the UT level to facilitate the smooth movement of masses.
Vibodh Gupta appealed to the persons stranded at various places not to panic and cooperate with the authorities. He said that trains have already started to facilitate their return and in soon buses and other means will be made available. He specially appealed to the masses to not move out to their native places on their own without proper registrations and permissions as these all measures are designed for the their own safety.
