Officials said on Sunday when BJP President Amit Shah and minister of state in PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh addressed a party rally in Jammu and stressed on the importance of nationalism in the state, a Kashmiri government servant made anti-national comments on TV debate, taking the ruling party head on and also demanded resolution of the so called "Kashmir dispute." The said government servant who was introduced as Mushtaq Hak Sikander has been coming on TV debates despite the concerned authorities being in the know of the matter. The order was issued late on Thursday, with a statement issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) stating that the Jamaat has been declared illegal under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.
