Avinash Azad Early Times Report Jammu, May 11: Notwithstanding BJP's claims to end discrimination with Jammu, 20 posts of Chief Engineers and Superintending Engineers are not being filled, because all engineers at the top of the seniority lists are form Jammu. Paradoxically, both the ministries, PHE, I&FC and PDD are being held by BJP, which claimed to champion Jammu's cause, but the posts are either vacant or being held by junior officers. "The post of Chief Engineer, PHE, Jammu is vacant since retirement of Prem Nath Bhushan, Chief Engineer, CVPPL is vacant after retirement of K K Gupta", sources said, adding that post of Director ERA, equivalent to Chief Engineer, is also vacant, since elevation of Vinod Sharma as CEO ERA.
