According to insiders, the blue eyed officer was appointed through illegal means without any vacancy or advertisement. "He was promoted in very short span of time against huge consideration and is now working at one place of posting for the last over five years. Presently he is influencing finance affairs of the corporation", sources in JKTDC informed Early Times and added that being powerful under the patronage of top bosses he has fixed cut of five percent for releasing all payments.
