Asif Iqbal Naik Kishtwar, Oct 8: Chief Judicial Magistrate Kishtwar remanded two accused namely Mudasir Nazir and Ashiq Hussain allegedly involved in raising anti India, Pro Taliban slogans during Eid procession to 7 days police custody. The two were arrested soon after Kishtwar police register FIR No.218/24 U/S 153 B, 120 B and 153- A against 20 persons. After taking custody of both the accused from CJM Kishtwar, police launched a manhunt to arrest the others involved in Anti India rant. As per the FIR registered by the police on the initiative of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, the 18 other persons mentioned in the FIR were identified as Manzoor Ahmed, Mudassir Ahmed son of Faqir Mohammad R/o Saroor at present Sidiq Abad Link Road Kishtwar, Muzamil Mir Resident of Kichloo Mohallah Kishtwar, Bilal Ahmed son of Mohammad Amin resident of Guryan Kishtwar, Irfan alias Prince resident of Nagni Hidyal, Javed Iqbal alias Tinku son of Mohammad Rajab resident of Sangrabata, Ishfaq Ahmed son of Ghulam Nabi resident of Sangrabata Kishtwar, Arif Giri (Forest Guard) resident of Poochal Kishtwar, Mushtaq Ahmed resident of Marwah at present Kasaie Mohallah Kishtwar, Zakir Shah resident of Thakrie at present Bunastan Kishtwar, Sajjad Hussain Dev son of Abdul Majid Dev resident of Kamgar Masjid Kishtwar, Adil resident of Nagni Hidyal, Shamu resident of Kasaie Mohallah Kishtwar, Zakir resident of Malipath Kishtwar, Sajjad Hussain son of Ghulam Mustafa resident of Marwah, Ajaiz son of Wazir Ahmed resident of Hamdan Abad Kishtwar and Bilal resident of Tiller Marwah at present Kichloo Mohallah Kishtwar. It is pertinent to mention that a group of 400 to 500 people held a protest after completion of eid nimaz at Chowghan ground Kishtwar and raised Anti India, Pro ISIS and Pro Taliban slogans. |
