Bani, Oct 8: Director School Education (DSE) H L Pakhroo, today conducted a surprise visit to the schools situated in far flung areas of Bani tehsil in district Kathua here today and also chaired a meeting of the teachers at Government Higher Secondary School, Bani.
During meeting DSE laid stress on the quality of education, improvement of mid day meal and proper utilizationof the central sponsored schemes. Speaking on the occasion, he said that the sole purpose of the teacher should be to lay focus on the quality of the education. Referring to the Mid Day Meal, he said that meal should be hygienic. "No compromise is to be taken on centrally sponsored schemes, he added.
Sheikh Mohd Hafeez, Principal High Secondary School Bani, ML Sharma Principal Higher Secondary School Dullangal, ZEO Bani Milkhi Ram, ZEPO Mohd Ayub Bhat and Manoj Anand, senior lecturer from DIET Basholi representing Bani were also present in the meeting. |
