Swarangan Meditation starts "Peace Workshops"

Jammu, Oct 11: Expressing his grave concern for Jammu villagers living along the border, Raj Kumar Dogra internationally known Meditation & Spiritual Music Therapy Guru started peace workshops under the banner of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust. Raj Kumar Dogra has decided to touch all the relief camps where villagers of border areas have taken shelter. Dogra said that the people living in the relief camps are suffering from Stress Disorder and therefore it is very much necessary to start some Peace Workshops through Meditation, Spiritual Counseling and Peace Music Therapy for them as soon as possible. According to Dogra, these Peace Workshops will help in the creation of positive energy by relieving pain, stress, strain and depression among the victims. Managing Trustee of Swarangan Meditation Charitable Trust Pinky Dogra (Payal) and Trustee Puneet Sharma said that, though the Government and Civil Society is trying at its best to help the affected people but this is the time when people are passing through the Emotional and Psychological problems as well.
