| Dr Dhar holds free medical camp at Hazuri Bagh | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 11: One more free medical camp organized by Dr Anil Kumar Dhar independent candidate from Jammu west in Hazuri Bagh Bohri area where so many new patients of hypertension and diabetes were detected and some of the patients had very sever hypertension which would have led to even brain hemorrhage after some time. Dr Dhar again emphasized on the fact that hypertension is a silent killer and most of patients won't have any complaints unless major complications occur. He stated that one third of adult population is hypertensive and unless person undergoes routine checkup he/she won't know whether hypertension is present. He appealed to other doctors also to hold such free medical camps so that these chronic disorders are diagnosed on time and our population remains free of complications of these diseases which otherwise put lot of burden of disease on society. |
