NPSU stages protest against JU for delay of re-evaluation result | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 11: Students of Jammu University (JU) today staged a massive protest demonstration outside the main gate of JU demanding declaration of re-evaluation results of BA/B.sc/B.Com part-I, II. The activists of NPSU gathered at the main gate of JU under the leadership of Thakur Virender Singh State President NPSU. Activists of NPSU burned the effigy of Vice-Chancellor of Jammu University. While interacting with the media persons, Singh said that half of the session is over and thousands of students are waiting for the result of re-evaluation so that they would take admission but the slow working of JU administration have made the students to suffer. Singh said that this is a very shock full thing where thousands of students are waiting for the result and JU authoritiy is busy in their own business. He asked the VC of JU, is this the development of JU ? that JU authority is not able to announce the results of re-evaluation where the future of thousands students is on stake. NPSU warned JU authorities if the result is not announced within 72 hours then NPSU is going to lodge a massive protest demonstration against the JU authorities. NPSU also demanded immediate removal of Controller Examination who is responsible for this episode. |
