Xen Horticulture terms Contractors allegations as 'baseless' 11/7/2014 11:08:02 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Nov 7: Executive Engineer Horticulture P&M Division has termed the content of a news item appeared in certain media section including "Early Times" dtd 4/11/2014 under the caption "Contractors Association seeks vigilance probe against XEN Horticulture Department" as baseless and far from the truth and added that the self styled association leaders ransacked his office a police case stands registered in this regard. In his rejoinder issued today, Executive Engineer Horticulture P&M Division, Jammu while stating the news item baseless and far from the truth added that contractors led by Sham Singh Jamwal, claiming to be the president of the contractor Association came in the office and started misbehaving with him for not conceding to their undue demands.
