Lal Singh starts election campaign 11/7/2014 11:41:28 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Nov 7: BJP candidate from Basohli constituency Ch. Lal Singh along with his thousands of supporters started election campaign from Basohali constituency on Friday. While addressing the media during his campaign, Lal Singh slammed National Conference for its biggest failure to address the public grievances. He if Farooq Abdulla's wife who is resident of England and Yasin Malik's wife who is also resident of Pakistan can get the right of J&K's permanent citizenship right then why not our daughters who got married in out of state. He said this discrimination with our daughters will be resolved. He said he will do every effort.
