Jammu, Nov 13: Taking cognizance of a news story published in Early Times about six months back as regards the engagement of daily wagers in PHE/I&FC department against norms, PHE executive engineer, mechanical division, Kathua, has issued an order terminating services of eight of them from service. The executive engineer took cognizance of the ET report wherein it was mentioned that some daily wagers were working with the PHE Mechanical Divison, Kathua, against norms by entertaining fake trade certificates allegedly issued by Under Secretary to Government PHE/I&FC Department. It was stated that they had allegedly obtained these fake certificates from Dhanwantri Institution of Vocational Training/Education, Udhampur. The executive engineer has terminated them from services and made it clear that no salary henceforth shall be released in their favour. The terminated daily wagers included Babneet Singh, Son of Gurcharan Singh, resident of W. No. 13 Sawan Chack Kathua, Kuldeep Kumar, son of Jai Karan, resident of Maroli, Anil Singh, son of Budhi Singh, resident of Kharote, Sahil Gupta, son of Mohinder Paul, W. No 3 Kathua, Dimple Singh, son of Amrik Singh, R/O Kathua, Sudershan Kumar who is resident of Pistha Tehsil and District Kathua, Sandeep Kumar, son of Karan Chand, resident of Ghair Tehsil Hiranagar and Ganesh Kumar, son of Ram Saran, resident of Jatwal. |
