No wonder you find photos of law makers wielding AK-47 rifle wearing bullet proof jackets and no wonder the proclaimed criminals with cases pending for heinous crimes move about freely in Kashmir and are given VIP care, treatment and all facilities even when detained or put under house arrest. Their criminal cases are pending for decades.
