Official circles attribute infiltration bids from three spots across the IB and the LOC in Jammu and Poonch/Rajouri during the last 24 hours to the high polling percentage that was recorded in phase one election in Jammu and Kashmir. Now that polling is to take place in Poonch, Haveli, Rajouri, Darhal and other constituencies in R.S.Pura ,Arnia and adjoining areas on this side of the IB militants were being assisted by the Pakistani troops to sneak into Jammu and Kashmir for raising the level of violence.
