Army organises welding classes for youth 12/21/2014 10:37:15 PM Early Times Report Bhaderwah, Dec 21: Rashtriya Rifles under the aegis of the Counter Insurgency Force (Delta) organized three weeks welding classes under operation Sadhbhavana for youth of Bhadarwah, in order to generate employment opportunities for the local youth. According to press release, a total of 25 youth will be imparted training on welding techniques by means of practical and theoretical classes. Second-in-Command of Rashtriya Rifles at Bhaderwah inaugurated the ceremony and addressed the youth.
