Udhampur, May 18: Police today registered an FIR against two employees of Radiant Comany for allegedly swindling over Rs 2.5 cr which were to be supplied to SBI ATMs.
The accused were identified as Sahil Sharma, son of Rajinder and Vicky Sharma, son of Ishar Dass, both residents of Udhampur. After the radiant company lodged complaint against them, police booked them under sections 153/16 and 409 of RPC.
The company's main work is to supply cash to SBI ATMs. The accused were alleged to have swindled this cash, police sources said.
When contacted, Udhampur SHO O P Chib said the radiant company had lodged an FIR against the company's two employees who were alleged to have swindled Rs 2,52,70,900.
Some more persons were also alleged to be part of the swindle. Sources said further investigation in the case was in progress. |
