Jammu, Nov 16: In an interesting case of official delay tactics the office of the Chief Minister has told an RTI applicant that information pertaining to copying scam of Public Enterprise Minister Perzada Mohammad Sayeed's son is not available with them and has transferred the RTI application to State Crime Branch on November 7.

Jammu/Srinagar, Nov 16: On the last day of filing of nomination papers for filling four MLC seats as many as forty (40) candidates belonging to different parties and groups today filed nominations under panchayat quota.
