Apni Party announces candidates for Srinagar, Anantnag seats | | |

Srinagar, Apr 4: Apni Party led by Altaf Bukhari, on Thursday announced to field Mohammad Ashraf Mir from Srinagar constituency and Zafar Iqbal Manhas from Anantnag-Rajouri constituency in the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
Addressing a press conference here, senior party leader Mohammad Dilwar Mir announced the names of the two candidates.
He said “as far as the Anantnag-Rajouri parliamentary constituency is concerned, the Apni party has decided to field Zafar Manhas from there and Mohammad Ashraf Mir from Srinagar constituency”.

Srinagar, Apr 4: Weather improved on Thursday after rain lashed the plains of Kashmir valley on Wednesday, plummeting the temperature. The Meteorological Centre Srinagar predicted on Thursday that the weather will generally remain dry on Thursday while there are chances of light rain or snow at isolated places towards Friday morning.
During April 11,12, light rain or snow at isolated places can occur, while there is a possibility of intermittent light rain or snow at many places during April 13,15, the MeT office said.
