JAMMU, Dec 13: Jammu and Kashmir seems to be in trouble after losing their three wickets for just 52 runs in the second innings at the end of day-two play against Haryana in the three-day Cooch Behar under-16 Cricket tie at GGM Science College Hostel Ground, here today. However, only batsman to rely on, Shubham Singh (15) and Dawar Farooq were at the crease when day's play was called off. Earlier, after bowling out J&K for 146 runs in the first innings, Haryana played confidently making 398 runs for four declared. Resuming his inning from overnight score of 97, HJ Rana not only completed his century but was close to another milestone when lost his wicket at 198 runs to Virtual Bakshi. SG Rohilla, who completed his ton yesterday, contributed 115 runs to the team's total. Now, with full day's play remaining and a mammoth total to chase, J&K may not survive for full 90 overs. So, the loss of J&K in the hands of formidable Haryana is imminent tomorrow. |
