Jammu, Dec 13: A girl got electrocuted while another was undergoing medical treatment at District Hospital Poonch, sources said.
According to sources the incident took place when duo identified namely as Tasleema Akhtar d/o Mukhtar Ahmed and Shamima Akhtar d/o Samullaha, both residents of village Brachar, Poonch were on way to fetch water from spring when they received strong electric shock from live wire fallen low enroute to the water source.
Both were rushed to the District Hospital Rajouri where Tasleema was declared as brought dead.
A case in this connection has been registered with the concerned police station. |
