Rs. 41,000 realized as fine from erring book sellers 12/13/2012 11:56:58 PM early times report KUPWARA, Dec 13: Legal Metrology Unit, Kupwara slapped a fine of Rs. 41,000 on the Book sellers for smudging the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the text books.
