| Resolve miseries faced by CAPD employees: JKSWS | | |
EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Dec 13: Hailing the recent the inspection by CA&PD Minister J&K State of FCI godowns, the President Jammu and Kashmir State Welfare Society (JKSWS) Thakur Tirath Singh Salathia urged him to resolve issues of employees who are facing miseries under the management of CAPD. According to press statement president JKSWS Salathia also pointed out full ration supply as mentioned under govt norms are not being distributed to the general public while some ration depots have been sub let by the authorized dealers resulting into corrupt practices. "Whereas no updated rates are put on notice boards, he added. Giving example of residents of Jeevan Nagar who have been allotted Ration Depot in shop No 368 Jeevan Nagar have been facing great difficulty in drawing rations, he added two ration depots have been allotted to one couple namely one in the name of husband Raj Kumar and other on the name of wife Smt Santosh Gupta. Further the ration depot in the name of Smt Santosh Gupta has been unauthorizedly was sub let to one Darshan lal for some years. He also added that the locals of this area met Joginder Singh Asstt Director incharge this area who had assured to visit the site but he failed to come to the expectations. Salathia appealed the Minister CARD to kindly intervene in the matter and take suitable action to enquire the matter though an appropriate agency to get the things set right.
