Jammu, Feb 20: Demanding fulfillment its demands the Erstwhile Doda Migrant Committee (EDMC) has flayed state government, here today.
EDMC has staged a protest demonstration against state government for ignoring their long pending demand of providing relief at par with the Kashmiri Migrants. Dozens of Doda migrants assembled at Mubarakh Mandi and staged protest against state government. Addressing the protesters, newly elected chairman of EDMC, Rakesh Sharma said that about 251 families who migrated from the area decades back were not given any relief by the state or the Central government. |
