Jammu, Mar 15: Under public information campaign of Field Publicity department, Government of India, a symposium was organized on March 13 at MV International School here in which six students of the school got prizes.
Later on March 14 the winners of first, second and third prizes were felicitated and awarded trophies during the prize distribution ceremony held in the premises of Block Development office Vijaypur. Minister of Higher Education, Mohammad Akbar Lone was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
The symposium was held in the school premises in which participants spoke about the aim and objectives of Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan. They were judged by Harbans Singh, Jaya J Paul and Madhu Sharma. Raj Kumar incharge Field Publicity, Poonch unit was also present on the occasion.
Vanshika Slathia, Chahat, Dheemant got first, second and third prizes respectively. Harshita, Sonia and Aditi got consolation prizes. |
