JAMMU, Sept 21: A meeting of Block Congress Committee Bishnah was held at party office at Kanal today under the presidentship of Shashi Sharma and was attended by all the office bearers of BCC Bishnah, Kissan Cell, OBC Cell and Ex-Servicemen Cell.In this meeting various developmental and organizational problems were discussed especially the construction of building of Degree College Bishnah, black topping of Bhatyari and colony Bishnah link road, reconstruction of washed away bridge at Rehal, repairs of transformers and old wires and adequate drinking water supply.
