Medico remanded to police custody till Monday 9/21/2013 11:49:29 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 21: Executive Magistrate has granted remand of Dr Raj Sharma owner of Aastha Nursing Home, Ambphalla who was allegedly involved in abortion of a mentally deranged girl, who happened to be an inmate of Rotary Inner Wheel Home for Mentally Retarded Children, Channi Rama, till Monday. Meanwhile CJM Jammu SR Gandhi after hearing CPO Sanjay Kohli for the state reserved the bail application of Girdhari Lal Koul of Trikuta Nagar Jammu (Director-cum-Principal) and Rajinder Kapoor of Channi Himmat Jammu (Secretary). It is worthwhile mention here that Dr Sharma has been booked under Sections 315 RPC and 201 RPC at Trikuta Nagar police station.
