Trooper's disappearance, kin urge govt for consideration

Jammu Sept 21: The relatives and kin of the Army jawan who went missing from his unit under mysterious conditions during his posting in Arunachal Pradesh today urged Jammu and Kashmir government to take up issue with the ministry of defence.
Addressing press conference, the mother of army jawan namely Kamlo Devi said that his son Ranjeet Kumar went to his unit in Arunachal Pradesh about nine months ago and till then his whereabouts are untraceable. "Suspecting that their son had been killed, the family members urged Jammu and Kashmir government to take up the issue with the ministry of defense for probe. She further also added that two brother of Ranjeet also have gone to his unit but there they were given only assurances and later she along with her husband also had visited the officers in his unit to know his where about but again all in vain. Concluding her words mother of missing trooper urged Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister to tale up the issue with the ministry of defense a probe in the mysterious missing of her son.
