DM warns shopkeepers of selling banned Gutka 9/21/2013 10:10:29 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Sept 21 : District Magistrate (DM), Jammu, Ajeet Kumar Sahu has ordered that any shopkeepers caught selling banned Gutka to anyone, or tobacco products to persons below 18 years of age and more importantly selling of tobacco products within 100 yards of educational institutions will be liable to fine as well as cancellation of registration of shops violating the ban. He further ordered that all heads of educational institutions will ensure that sale of tobacco products is not allowed within 100 yards of their institutions.
