17 bovines rescued, two smugglers arrested 9/29/2013 9:39:28 PM Early Times Report Udhampur Sep 29: Police claimed to have foiled an attempt of bovine smuggling in which 17 bovine animals were rescued and 2 bovine smugglers were arrested in Rehambal and Chenani area of Udhampur. The bovines were rescued at Domail Chenani area by a police team from a truck, which was on way from Jammu to Srinagar. During the thorough search of the truck, 13 bovines were rescued. The accused smugglers namely Manzoor Ahmed was arrested on the spot vehicle was seized. Moreover, 4 bovines were rescued in Rehbal area from a vehicle.
