VREA protests against SRTC management 9/29/2013 10:44:27 PM ET Report Jammu, Sept 29 : All Jammu and Kashmir SRTC Volunteer Retirement Employees Association (VREA) today staged a protest demonstration against the state government and management of SRTC for not addressing their long pending demands. Led by its president, Dev Raj Bali, VREA employees assembled at Press Club and shouted slogans against the delay in redressal of their demands, which they said is adding to their miseries. Addressing the protestors, Bali said that they have been struggling since last three years but there was no response from the state government and the management of SRTC. He alleged that state government and SRTC management were in connivance with each other due to which retired employees of SRTC were suffering. He also alleged that Jammu and Kashmir Finance Department has issued the order for clearance of their pending dues but the same was not implemented by SRTC management.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
