"Bhandari takes over as CEO" 10/31/2013 9:53:29 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 31: The Governor, Mr. N. N. Vohra, who is Chairman of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board, has appointed Dr. Mandeep K. Bhandari, Additional Chief Executive Officer of the Shrine Board to take over as CEO with effect from 1st November 2013.
