CEO Rajouri finds irregularities in Baljaralan zone
2 teachers placed under suspension

Rajouri, Oct 31: The Chief Education Officer Rajouri has found grave irregularities in various government run schools of Baljaralan zone. During a surprise visit of some of the schools in the zone, the CEO found found low enrollments in some schools and misappropriation in 'mid day meal' distribution. He placed some teachers under suspension. The check was conducted to ensure regularity/ punctuality and work culture in the Schools. At middle school, Cherrian CEO found that two teachers namely Abdul Majeed and Suriya Begum came late and directed concerned 'zonal education officer'(ZEO) to seek explanation from them.
In high school at Sankari CEO noticed that one (CRP) Javed Alam, 'cluster resource person'
He also found another CRP Ajay Kumar absent from duty in middle school at Barjaralan. He charge sheeted both the CRPs and decided to take action after the reply of charge sheets.
Ch Lal Hussain , CEO during his visit to some schools found that the functioning of the these schools was to his satisfaction but the enrolments in these schools were very less. He directed the concerned teachers to increase the enrolments in these schools otherwise they should be ready for suitable action against them.
These schools have been identified as middle school at Chowkian and primary school at Dharkani. In high school at Sankari the 'mid day meal' (MDM) served was not found according to menu and instructed in-charge MDM to be careful in future while Wali Mohd in-charge MDM at middle school Katha was placed under suspension by the CEO after he found some misappropriations in MDM scheme.
In middle school at Argi, CEO during inspection found two classes without teachers and issued instruction to in-charge to send explanation in this matter.
In primary school at Argi only one teacher was present while other two were on casual leave. CEO found very low enrolment in the school and instructed the teachers to make strong efforts to increase it. During his surprise visits to these schools CEO exhort the teachers/ masters to make strong efforts to impart quality Education to innocent students hailing from deprive sections of society and directed them to maintain the dairies on regular basis.
