| Apple Kids holds function on eve of Diwali | | |  JAMMU, Oct 31: Apple Kids international pre-school, Bantalab, here organised a colourful function on the eve of Diwali at the school premises and involving young students in Rangoli making competition.
Students and teachers of Playgroup and Pre-KG made best Rangoli. In addition to it students were also involved in other celebrations like dance on the tunes. The celebration took place to imbibe in students a sense of beauty and decoration. Principal of the School, Puja Sharma wished happy and prosperous Diwali to students and advised them to say 'No To Crackers'. Students were also educated about the importance of the festival.
She also highlighted the harmful effects of bursting of crackers as it creates heavy air and noise pollution thus pollutes the atmosphere. |
