EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 31:Jammu and Kashmir Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti (RBPS) today organized a programme at KL Saigal Hall, Culture Academy to pay tributes to the internationally acclaimed Hindi writer, Rajender Yadav, who passed away at Delhi The prominent writers and artists from the fraternity pay floral tributes to the legendry writer, Rajinder Yadav. Yadav had many books to his credit and was known for his controversial writing in the world of Indian literature. Additional Secretary Cultural Academy Savita Bakshi, RBPS Convener Dr Satya Pal Shrivatsa RBPS President Neeru Sharma, Prof Rita Jitendra, Prof Raj Kumar were prominent among those who were present. Vice President, RBPS Dr Sudhir Mahajan readout the story namely Doosra Shamadan which was translated from Russian to Hindi by Rajinder Yadav originally written by Anton Chekhov. The prominent writers who spoke on the occasion were Dr. Agnishekher, Baljeet Singh Raina, Chattrapal, Yogita Yadav and Pritpal Singh. |
