Police produces challan against Dabgotra in 'Amarnath Land row' 12/12/2013 10:24:43 PM Jammu, Dec 12 : After almost five years on and inspite of an agreement between Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti and Administration that cases registered during Amarnath land row agitation against any nationalist will be withdrawn, the Police today produced Chalan against Som Nath Dabgotra against whom a case stands registered during Amarnath land row agitation in 2008. Som Nath Dabgotra Settler/Chairman Dabgotra's Charitable Trust and RTI activist has been involved in mass movements today was produced in the court of law for a case registered five years ago i.e. during Amaranth Land Row 2008. Here it needs to mention there was an agreement between Shri Amarnath Yatra Sangarsh Samiti and Administration that cases which were registered during Amarnath land row agitation against any nationalist will be withdrawn but now police is going to produce challan against Dabgotra. Speaking to media person outside the court, the Som Nath Dabgotra said that he fully respects Hon'ble High Court and law of the country but he is not happy with the timing of this chalan. Dabgotra alleged Narendra Modi's rally in Jammu turned a huge success frustrated Congress is trying to harass nationalist people to demoralize them.
