Protest against PDD held 1/3/2014 11:16:47 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Jan 3: Expressing their resentment against Power Development Department against frequent electricity cuts, the residents of ward number seven today blocked college road for half an hour. The protestors shouted slogans against the PDD and demanded un-interrupted power supply in their locality. They alleged that some industrialist with the held PDD officials have been using power illegally.
