PDP expresses concern over land grabbing

Samba, Jan 3: PDP leader, Parveen Singh Katal today expressed grave concern over the land grabbing at village Nank Chack at samba by the land mafia.
Addressing press conference here today, Katal said about 100 kanals of EP land has been acquired by the land mafia inconvenience with the revenue official of samba comprising Khasra No 117, 118, 161,147, 148 and 149 at village nank chack in district Samba illegally.
The land mafia is using money and muscle power to grave the land and it has been also seen that a govt minister from Jammu is support them and share it.
He urged the DC samba to conduct inquiry regarding the land scandal at village chack nanak within 15 days, so that the culprits may be booked and punished under rule.
"If district authorities fail to do the same within 15 days, a mass agitation would be initiated against administration", he threatens. Anita Devi, Tinku, Sunny Sangral, Javed Mohamed, Mohmad Anwar, Shashi Pal, Lehar Chand, Karan Singh and other party leaders were present in the press conference.
