Alleging negligence, Kathua residents thrash Doctor 1/8/2014 10:26:55 PM EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Jan 8: Residents of Kathua today thrashed a doctor for alleged negligence in treatment of a person who died this evening in the hospital. According to sources, the deceased Sai Dass was hit by a vehicle at Kalibari area of Kathua following which he was shifted to District Hospital for treatment but doctors could not save his life over which the relatives of Dass staged a demonstration and thrashed a doctor for alleged negligence. However, Doctor has claimed that the patient died due to head injury and not due to negligence.
