Rangoli competition held at KC Gurukul College of Education 2/5/2014 10:18:10 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 5: A Rangoli competition on 'Indian Festivals' was organized by KC Gurukul College of Education Paloura, Jammu. According press release, a large number of students participated in the activity. Chairman of the College Arvind Mahajan and the Principal Anubha Munshi were the esteemed judges.
