NKN PoP inaugurated at Div Com office 2/5/2014 10:18:34 PM Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 5: National Knowledge Network (NKN) PoP of NIC J&K was inaugurated at Divisional Commissioner Jammu's office complex today by Principal Scientific Advisor to Government of India Dr R. Chidambaram. Secretary, Union Ministry of Earth Sciences, Dr. Shailesh Nayak, Financial Commissioner (Revenue) Dr. Arun Kumar, Divisional Commissioner Jammu Shantmanu, Commissioner Secretary IT, Bipul Pathak, Technical Director, NIC New Delhi, R.S. Mani and other officers were also present on the occasion.
