| JKLADCSA demands removal of pay anomaly in clerical cadre | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 20: A joint meeting of the representatives of Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association (JKLADCSA) was held under the chairmanship of Babu Hussain Malik, State President of the Association. All the representatives in one voice condemned the State Government for deliberately betraying from the commitment made between the employees and the Government on 10-03-2008,19-02-2009,14-05-2010 & 15-09-2011 wherein it was promised to fulfill all the pending demands of the employees including removal of pay anomalies/disparity of Clerical cadre but nothing has been done till date and described the Pay Anomalies Committee made by the Government as an eye wash just to befool the Clerical cadre employees. Members of the Association apprised the government about the plight of the Clerical cadre employees of the state and described the Clerical cadre as the backbone of the State Administration working from dawn till dusk with full integrity and dedication performing multiple tasks. The other demands raised by the Association including Grade of 4000-6000 to Junior Assistant and 4500-7000 to Senior Assistant, release of pending DA @ 10% w.e.f January, 2014 and Increase of Medical Allowance from Rs. 300 per month to Rs. 1000 per month. |
