jammu, June 29: National Gurjjar Bakerwal Welfare Trust (NGBT) today strongly condemned the statement of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on abrogation of Article 370.
General Secretary, NGBT Rajinder Singh Gurjjar said, " This statement of Omar Abdullah is anti national and dismisses the fact that Gurjjar's and Bakerwals were the loyal citizens of India as Gurjjars of Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, Delhi, Madhya Pardesh and others part of India,".
He further said that if Article 370 would be removed, it would give opportunity to Gurjjar's to avail the benefits as enjoyed by other citizens of the country.
"A national executive meeting of the Bhartiya Janta Mazdoor Morcha will be held on August 30 at JKTDC Residency Road, which will be chaired by national president Pralad Patel", Rajinder said and added that they would submit a memorandum to Prime Minsiter Narender Modi in this regard. |
