Art Integrated Learning organized at GGHSS Kathua 10/12/2014 10:34:52 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Oct 12: Workshop on Art Integrated Learning organised by DIET Basohli concluded in the premises of Government Girls Higher Secondary School (GGHSS) Kathua. According to press release, in the valedictory function Principal DIET Basohli was the chief guest, the course coordinator was Mahinder Jalmeria Lecturer in Physics DIET Basohli and the resource persons were Sanjay Sehgal, Jagdish Chand Dutta and Jatinder Kumar. In the five day's workshop the teachers were trained to teach the students without using chalk and black board with the help of art including paintings, dance and singing. The trainees made different teaching aids like muppets, puppets, masks, drawing of different kinds and display them on the walls of the hall. All the teachers appreciated the workshop DIET Basohli for organising such entertaining workshop. The teachers also said that this type of workshop can creates interest among the students towards learning.
