Court mandate ignored, Jt secretary JKCA asked for meeting 10/12/2014 10:49:02 PM Jammu, Oct 12: Members of working committee has asked the Joint Secretary JKCA to convene the meeting of extraordinary General Council to deliberate upon the mess and chaos prevailing in the association.As per JKCA handout,the JKCA Joint Secretary has been asked to do so as its president is out of country for the last two months. The committee urged upon the joint secretary to deliberate mismanagement and maladministration in the administrative activities which had badly affected cricketing activities in the state. It has also mentioned in the requisition that there is a financial irregularities mismanagement in the selection of teams , the result of which the national teams sent illegally has failed miserably and participated in the math at UNA,HP and Amritsar in violating of court order. It is further stated that regarding spending of funds, the same has been utilized illegally by chairman, suspended general secretary M.L Nehru and Treasurer ignoring the mandate of CJM court of Srinagar.To concede to the request of the working committee members, Sudershan Mehta has fixed the meeting of extraordinary general council.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
