IMS organizes Personality Development Workshop 10/18/2014 9:43:27 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 18: One day "Personality Development" Workshop for the students of MBA and MCA was organized today at Institute of Management Sciences (IMS). The workshop was conducted by Manjot K.S. Gill, Director, Mind Bridge Asia, a Management Consulting Firm, Chandigarh that endeavors to enable and facilitate the progress of enterprise by bridging the gaps besides unleashing end to end business solutions for driving growth and overcoming impediments for the corporate sector. The resource person (Mentor), trained the students in exploring their talents, capabilities and personalities. He shared his views as to how successful people recognize the fact and learn to tap their hidden powers to create lasting change in themselves and others. The aim of the workshop was to primarily develop market friendly skills amongst the participants with a view to yield job opportunities.
