PCC appoints Pankaj Dogra as DCC President 10/18/2014 10:13:25 PM Early Time Report Kathua, Oct 18: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee has appointed Pankaj Dogra as Working President of District Congress Committee (DCC). Professor Saifuddin Soz, President J&K State Pradesh Congress Committee declared the promotions/ adjustments among the dissimilar District Congress Committees' recently. The Congress supporters welcoming the decision of State Committee expressed greetings and thanks to Congress high command for appointing Pankaj Dogra at important position. Kathua Block Congress Committee President Sohan Lal appreciating the decision of PCC has thanked Professor Saifuddin Soz and Congress President Sonia Gandhi. He added that party high command has taken right decision at right time saying that Pankaj Dogra is a mass leader and having footage amongst public at ground level.
